Returns and Refunds

Shopping with us is safe and extremely easy with our flexible returns and refunds policy. Having a showroom to display our bean bags is itself already useful in helping customers be sure that they will not be in for any unpleasant surprises. However, we understand that the schedule of a typical Singaporean can be be tight and tiresome. With that being said, customers are still able to shop with risk free confidence. 

A 15 SGD restocking fee is charged for all returns and goods have to be in resealable condition. Upon opting for a return by e-mailing us at hello@comodabeanbag.com, we will liaise with you for a pick up date. The condition of the bean bags will be inspected by our drivers upon pick up.
